Genesis Motor Europe is constructing an entirely new dealership network from scratch. There are no established structures, routines, or experienced colleagues to support new employees. Everything starts from zero, with the goal of embodying a premium standard from day one. The objective is to achieve excellent consultation, consistent brand representation, and confident use of systems and products—immediately. To accomplish this, an onboarding training program is needed that does more than transfer knowledge; it should foster identification, encourage self-organization, and activate entrepreneurial thinking.

With a personalized set of 30 tasks designed to impart knowledge, refine attitudes, and build confidence in action. The sequence is flexible, allowing for an individual starting point. This is supplemented by digital resources and four interactive live online sessions focusing on brand, systems, products, and the unique aspects of Korean hospitality. The program concludes with a three-day experience in Málaga. Workshops, exchanges, and test drives: the brand experience and the Genesis spirit fully come to life.
