The result: insecurity hampers consultation and barriers impact sales figures. What is needed is training that sparks curiosity, makes knowledge accessible, and ensures confident advising. At the same time, it supports driving the energy transition forward through competence that boosts sales.

The new air/water heat pump becomes the centerpiece of the 'Race for Climate' – an interactive Vaillant training that translates expertise into action. Skilled technicians take on the role of agents in the fight against climate change, tackling tasks that can only be solved through hands-on product interaction. An app guides participants through the game, posing puzzles, providing context, and unlocking additional knowledge. The highlight: The product is experienced—opened, examined, utilized. And in the process, it's increasingly understood. Inside, coded clues and surprising details demand technical thinking at every step, showcasing features and dismantling barriers. Story, technology, and training work as a cohesive unit, making complex technology tangible and boosting employee motivation.
